Use of This Website
By accessing and using the Nellson Associates website, you agree to comply with these terms. This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate consulting engagements, community subscriptions, book sales, and contributions to the Nellson Associates Scholarship Fund.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized access.
One-Time Purchases
Books and other one-time products are charged to your payment card immediately upon purchase. All sales are processed through Authorize.Net, our PCI-compliant payment processor. You will receive an email receipt at the address on file with your account.
Refunds: One-time purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet downloaded or accessed the digital product. To request a refund, contact us at contact@nellsonassociates.com with your transaction ID. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Recurring Community Subscriptions
By subscribing to a community tier (Observer, Participant, or Insider), you authorize Nellson Associates and our payment processor (Authorize.Net) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate displayed at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard at Community Management. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period; no further charges will occur, and you will retain access to your tier benefits until the period ends.
Refunds on subscriptions: Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, since access to the community is provided immediately. If you are charged in error or experience a service interruption that prevented access for a substantial portion of the billing period, contact us within 30 days of the charge for a prorated refund review.
Failed payments: If a recurring charge fails (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), we will attempt to retry the charge for up to 7 days. If the payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be moved to a "past due" state and your tier benefits may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply at your next billing period after the notice. Your continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Scholarship Fund
50% of every book purchase and 50% of every community subscription payment is allocated to the Nellson Associates Scholarship Fund, which provides consulting services at no cost to recipients selected at the discretion of Nellson Associates. Contributions to the fund are tracked per user, and annual contribution statements are available from your account dashboard.
Not a tax-deductible donation: Contributions to the Scholarship Fund are part of your purchase price for books and community memberships. They are not tax-deductible donations. Nellson Associates is not a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The contribution statements we provide are for your records to show how your purchases support the fund — they are not tax receipts and should not be treated as such. If your tax situation requires advice, please consult a qualified tax professional.
Scholarship disbursements: Scholarship awards are made at the sole discretion of Nellson Associates based on need and fit. We make no guarantee about the timing, frequency, or recipient of scholarship awards. Aggregate fund statistics are displayed publicly on the Scholarship Fund dashboard.
