What this community is
This is not a course platform. There are no drip-fed modules, no completion certificates, no artificial scarcity. This is a space where people who are building things — businesses, programs, intelligent systems — can be near people who have built things, and work through the hard parts together.
You get access to the thinking, the process, the real-time decisions. Office hours, working sessions, and Discord channels where the actual work happens: turning messy human knowledge into something agents can use, designing agent roles and boundaries, separating planning from execution, memory and context strategy, governance and auditability, and figuring out whether automation is producing outcomes or just outputs. The closer you are, the more you see.
